Family violence recovery
The effects of family violence can linger far beyond the experience.
As the abuse occurred in a close relationship, the impacts of trauma can result in you struggling to trust yourself and others. Recovery involves identifying coercive control strategies, exploring and validating the impact on you and then equipping you with practical strategies to support your healing.
This process is complex and therefore is customised to you and your goals which may include improved self-esteem, confidence, independence, positive relationships and parenting support.
