As the abuse occurs within a close relationship, those impacted often develop difficulty trusting themselves and others. Recovery involves exploring the impact of your experience and practical coping strategies, boundary setting, and self-care practices to support your healing.
This process is complex and therefore is customised to you and your goals which may include improved self-esteem, confidence, independence, positive relationships and parenting support.
